I was trying to come up with an idea for a different card for my sister-in-law's birthday and thought of this. I used the Celebrations Cartridge, embossed the paper with the Cuttlebug Swirls, the paper if from DCWV (Linen), the ribbon is from Michaels. I love the colors.
OOO, I think this card is gorgeous. I love the tags and those papers.
